LED Holiday Lighting Return Policy
Due to the seasonal nature of this product, no returns will be accepted after December 21st of the same year it was purchased.
Any product returned, except for manufacturer defect, is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All product must be returned within 15 days of shipment date
All returns must be pre-approved by ledholidaylighting.com. At the time of approval you will receive a Return Authorization number, this number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED & WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PRODUCT SENT BACK WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
Product for return must be in “like new condition” and must include all other items originally packaged with the product. Any product that appears to be used, or is not in it’s original packaging will not be accepted for return.
All freight charges associated with the return of product, except for manufacturer defect, are the responsibility of the customer.
What happens if I would like to return the product?
(There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns, and you are responsible for any shipping fees to return the product)
Please contact us within 15 days of the shipment date, by going to www.ledholidaylighting.com and clicking on the “contact us” tab. Please provide the following information:
- Your order number
- Why you would like to return the product
- Do you want credit for the product -or- would you like to exchange it for something else
We will contact you with a Return Authorization number and instructions on how to proceed.
What happens if the product arrives defective?
Ledholidaylighting.com buys only premium grade product from the best factories, however if a defect occurs when you receive your product please let us know right away.
Contact us within 15 days of the shipment date, by going to www.ledholidaylighting.com and clicking on the “contact us” tab, we will gladly get you the information you need to exchange the defective product.
What happens if there is a discrepancy with my order?
If you find any discrepancies with your order when you receive it, please contact us right away by going to www.ledholidaylighting.com and clicking on the “contact us” tab.
All of our seasonal lighting products are either UL or CSA/US approved for temporary installation, and are warranted against manufacturer defects for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Some of the LED products may have extended manufacturers warranties. All of our seasonal lighting products, with the exception of the LED Retrofit Bulbs, are NOT intended for permanent, year-round, or continuous use. This warranty is null and void if product is used or installed in a manner other than the manufacturer’s guidelines and recommendations. Product that has been cut or altered in any way will not be eligible for warranty. The warranty applies to the product only and does not include any costs associated with the installation or removal of products, labor related fees, or shipping.
